@simzoug96 my fear is it'll lose its essence and become somewhat a status symbol. With a tri star badge I don't see a lot of competition for the X-Class. Got to give the guys at Mercedes thumbs up for aggressive marketing and of course production

@braders620 bet the launch colour is that dodgy yellow

  • @devan_mcdavitt 2:40 PM Jul 18, 2017

Now why would anybody want a Mercedes pickup? A pickup truck is supposed to be a WORK truck not a luxury vehicle

  • @braders620 3:03 PM Jul 18, 2017

@calumgladwell the ones from the concept pics?

  • @calumgladwell 7:39 PM Jul 18, 2017

@braders620 yea but now I actually prefer the concept matte colour

@Parjesh since when is Cadillac just a domestic brand?

  • @arjun4244 6 days ago

@Parjesh Cadillac has been know for its premium vehicles for decades now... the year 2017 not 1907

  • @parjesh 6 days ago

@arjun4244 ahahahahahaha you said escalade Ext bud.. It might be premium luxury in Sri Lanka or wherever you're from but here in North America it's domestic. Domestic means its made in NA. The year is 2017, can't get stuck in 2003 " luxury "

  • @parjesh 6 days ago

@rusleksin I think it's Base price is 103k.. But you can bump it up to 120/130k easily depending on the additional spec and packages. At that price its being sold to a different customer market. Not the same market that's buying 60k work trucks. The only way it's coming to the US is thru exporters who would sell it to you for wayy over sticker. Trust if you ever see one of these in the states that the nigg who bought it prob paid close to 200k for it. It's just not meant to compete with the big 3 who are pumping volume sales. Would be cool if mercedes made something more affordable and attainable though, but they always make things wayy too hard for us normal blokes eh..

  • @arjun4244 6 days ago

@parjesh I am sure not just me but a lot of people in the US would agree that Cadillac is one of the most luxurious brands in that continent.... just because it is made there doesn’t make it domestic... applying your logic, Mercedes is a domestic brand to any European... hoping you realize the stupidity you have said... btw I ain’t no Sri Lankan!
