Box squats again 🙄. But instead of adding more weight, I lowered the box!
Like I said with my last post regarding this, these help with power! They separate the eccentric and concentric and allow to concentrate more fully on them.
Dropping the box lower will increase difficulty, but will also increase the power you're able to generate in the long run because of the lower explosion.
Instead of just adding more and more weight, try these if you're seeming to hit a plateau with your squats! They can also help engrave into your head how low you should go with your squats.

I've had some of you reach out to check on me since I've been pretty inactive on all forms of social media the past week! Just wanted to give a little update on what's going on in my life, do I have started a new job as a vet assistant/receptionist! Tomorrow is my last day in training and I promise to go back to being active on social media! Just had a lot to learn and get used to a whole new sleep schedule and figuring my meals out...which haven't been as on point as I would like to be these past weeks, but I know they will be back on track starting tomorrow!! I am absolutely in love with my job and could totally see getting my degree and making this my "big kid" job! I LOVE the doctors and people I work with and I'm so happy I took the leap and applied for the position since I didn't have experience! So I'm going to stop rambling just wanted to update you guys!! There are no set roles or expectations in life except for the ones you impose on yourself. Growing up, I used to feel like I had to stay within the confines of what people think is " normal " or age appropriate.... i.e.: Go to college, get married, have kids, drive a family type car fully equipped with Disney tunes blasting, live in the suburbs, dress like other moms dress, and basically give up most of the things I love because, hey, that's what adults do, right?
Don't get me wrong, if that is your cup of tea and makes you happy then more power to you but I, personally, am not cut out for that kind of normal lol. My kids listen to rap music, I wear mid- drift shirts and Vans, I live in the city, I ride skate boards and do handstands and I especially like to lift heavy ass shit. That's what makes ME happy.
