I've went from constantly being stressed and worried to being stress free and happy.... How? I stopped worrying. I stopped obsessing and I stopped with all the negative thoughts. Is it easy? Heckkkk NO.
I'd be lying if I said I just magically woke up one day and changed my ways. It's taken years, months, days to finally get to this point. The moment I let go of " I have to do this. I have to do that. I have to eat this. I can't eat that" Is the moment I felt free. Free of all my detrimental thoughts and what I call my "hannah ways." Some days are better than others and I'm still learning along the way. I'm only human. I can't express enough how much happier I am not just physically but more so mentally.
I have a better relationship with food and let me just say.. I have made MORE progress eating clean while eating 🍕🌯🎂🍦. I know I have talked about balance before, but y'all it really will change your life. I'm soooo much more content and soooo much more enjoyable to be around .. right @defylimits.ml?😂 thanks for helping me understand the meaning of balance and being by my side every step of the way. You've helped me tremendously!
Sometimes you just need to take a step back and ask yourself if what your doing is truly making you happy. If so? Then great! Keep doing you! If not? Just remember you have 365 days in a year. You don't need to rush it. Take your time every step of the way whether it being small progress or big progress because progress is progress. Appreciate and love the journey your on.❤️
Our wedding and honeymoon was absolutely amazing! Didn't want any of it to be over but beyond ready to get back into a regular routine. I thrive off of a routine, schedules, and structure.
We miss the gym, our regular food, and our evening snuggle time with the dogger.
You'd think since I'm so eager to get back to the routine, I'd have all the motivation in the world to meal prep and all that, right?
I haven't been grocery shopping in over 3 weeks.
I haven't cooked in 3 weeks.
I'm still exhausted from traveling and jet lag.
I'm lethargic and sluggish from too much processed food, not enough water, and no exercise for several days.
I miss Miami Vices 😜, the beach, and not being responsible for anything other than wearing sunscreen.
Finding the motivation within myself to go grocery shopping, meal prep, and get to the gym was a giant task.
All I want to do is nap all day and eat left over pizza.
I made the choice to get my act together and just do it. It wasn't easy, but I had to make the decision to either continue to make excuses OR to do the hard stuff which will make me FEEL better in the long run.
So meal prep is done, this is just a small glimpse into all the food prepped for the week.
Sure, it's a pain to spend 1-2 hours cooking, BUT now neither of us has to think about what to do for lunch for the rest of the week...just grab and go!
You won't always feel motivated. We all have our moments, days, weeks, or months where it's lacking. But it's only up to you to make the decision to do the work or make excuses.

We back babyyyy!! And for me personally I'd be full of sh!t if I just left the word "motivated" all to itself. In the past 24 hours, ive been inspired/humbled/ENERGIZED, by ALL of you that I had the privilege of goofing off, sharing stories, taking shots, and spending time with over this past weekend!! Still haven't fully wrapped my big ass head around how far we've came in 3 years since I jumped all in with @1stphorm but it's only getting better each minute someone see's this logo!!
