🌸💓✨ There is LOVE within each of us—and always room for healing. Come into this space of love. Bring it back. Each of us needs compassion, communication, time, physical touch, connection, and...love. My simple remedies include: immersing myself in water (pieces 🐬), surrounding myself with flowers 🌺, running, yoga, puppies 🐶, lighting incense, reading books, dancing, singing, being artistic, hugging people, eating FullyRaw, spending time with my family and friends, and thinking of all the things that bring joy. I'm a firm believer that life is to be enjoyed and in that comes food! 🙌🏽🙏🏼
I do not count macros or calories and I do not have as strict of a diet as many would think.
I eat intuitively.
I don't believe in restriction.
Because when you restrict you binge.
And when you binge you feel pretty defeated.
I have balance.
I haven't always had balance.
I battled eating disorders before.
I eat foods that fuel me and are nutrient dense but I'm not afraid to let myself have a donut when I want.
Cheat days don't exist in my life.
Finding what works for you is key!
There's not just one way to cut a pizza.
And there's not just one more way to find YOUR balance.
What works for someone might not work for you and thats OK!
I do know that living in fear to eat certain foods is not enjoyable. And it's a personal jail.
I've been there.💕
Food is fuel.
You function off carbs. Especially your brain. Remember that! ❤️
